Refund and Return Policy

DUSTO aims to ensure a fair and transparent return and refund process for retailers.

Return Requests

Retailers may raise a return request through the app for the following reasons:

  • Expired or damaged products
  • Product not required
  • Credit-related returns (taken back by distributor)

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by the distributor or supplier.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed as per distributor policy
  • Refund amounts may be credited to the dUSTO wallet or adjusted against future orders
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on product category and payment mode

Non-Refundable Items

Certain products or promotional items may not be eligible for return or refund, as specified at the time of purchase.
