Return Requests
Retailers may raise a return request through the app for the following reasons:
- Expired or damaged products
- Product not required
- Credit-related returns (taken back by distributor)
All return requests are subject to verification and approval by the distributor or supplier.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed as per distributor policy
- Refund amounts may be credited to the dUSTO wallet or adjusted against future orders
- Refund timelines may vary depending on product category and payment mode
Non-Refundable Items
Certain products or promotional items may not be eligible for return or refund, as specified at the time of purchase.
